SaaS Product Development
SaaS product development built around the problem you need to solve
You may have a product idea, a business process managed through spreadsheets and disconnected tools, or an existing application that needs to change. You do not need to arrive with a complete feature list. My Faces Production helps define the users, workflows and product scope, then builds the web application and the admin, dashboard, backend, authentication, subscription or payment components included in the agreement.
When a custom SaaS product may make sense
The starting point can be an idea, an operational problem or an existing product - not a technical specification.
-
A new product needs a workable first scope
Define the target users, essential workflows and product parts needed for an initial release before estimating the work.
-
Important work is spread across several tools
Plan a single application around the agreed customer, staff or administrative workflows instead of copying every existing step.
-
An existing product needs new capabilities
Review the current application and separately scope the features, integrations, interface changes or platform work that need attention.
What the SaaS development work can cover
The final combination is chosen for the product rather than treated as one automatic package.
-
User-facing web application
Account-based interfaces and the main workflows customers or team members use to complete their tasks.
-
Admin panels and dashboards
Administrative views for managing the users, records, content, operations and reports included in the scope.
-
Backend and integrations
APIs, databases, authentication and connections to specified external services where these are required by the agreed product.
-
Subscriptions and payments
Subscription access or payment workflows can be included when specified. Provider approval, merchant accounts, fees and compliance requirements remain subject to the chosen service and the client's responsibilities.
From an early idea to an agreed product
-
01
Describe the problem
Share the business situation, intended users and what they need to accomplish. If you are unsure about features, integrations, architecture, timing or budget, say so; those details can be explored during discovery.
-
02
Define the scope
My Faces Production clarifies the required product parts, workflows and external services, then prepares the proposed deliverables, estimate, timeline and project terms.
-
03
Build and review
The agreed features are implemented in stages. Progress updates and product reviews give the client opportunities to provide feedback during development.
-
04
Test the agreed workflows
The development team reviews implemented functionality, user flows, interface design and responsiveness. Identified issues are corrected and checked again, and the client can inspect the agreed features before acceptance.
-
05
Deploy and hand over
When deployment is included, the team configures the agreed application settings, checks the core workflows in the deployment environment and supplies the applicable links and handover instructions.
Working product interfaces you can examine
These are My Faces Production-owned demonstrations, not customer case studies. They show existing interfaces and workflows that may provide a starting point for separately scoped work. They do not establish live customer use or measured business results.

What you receive
The handover reflects the signed project scope and whether the engagement covers a new application or adaptation of an existing product.
- The implemented application and agreed user, administrative and backend workflows.
- An opportunity to inspect the agreed features and report outstanding issues under the acceptance terms.
- Deployment links and applicable setup or deployment instructions when deployment is included.
- Custom-development purchases include source code and project files. For engagements that do not include custom development, source-code delivery must be expressly included in the agreement. Third-party libraries and licensed components remain subject to their own licence terms.
- Repository setup and access arrangements are agreed for the project. Main-feature instructions, detailed technical documentation and training are included when specified in the agreement.
What is decided before work starts
The proposal confirms the features, responsibilities, exclusions, costs, timeline conditions and handover arrangements for the engagement.
- Hosting, cloud usage, domains and third-party API, licence, payment or app-store fees are separate unless expressly included.
- The client supplies the required account access, business information, content, branding and legal or privacy materials.
- Only the specified integrations, platforms and workflows are included; additional work is estimated separately.
- Formal security audits, penetration testing, certification and extensive automated testing are included only when specifically agreed.
- Post-launch bug-fix terms, maintenance, monitoring, backups and future features have their own agreed coverage, duration and charges.
- Timelines depend on the confirmed scope, client feedback and access, and any external provider approvals.
A practical fit for founders and operating businesses
This service is intended for startups, entrepreneurs, and small or mid-sized businesses planning a complete SaaS product or a substantial change to an existing application. The relevant decision-makers and product users can be involved in discovery so the scope reflects both the business objective and the day-to-day workflow.
Start with the problem, even if the product details are still unclear
Describe the idea, current workflow or existing application and what you want people to be able to do. My Faces Production can use that information to discuss the appropriate scope, product parts, timeline factors and next step.
