About My Faces Production

If you are deciding who should turn your business idea, manual workflow or existing product into working software, you need to know who is responsible and what you can inspect. My Faces Production is a software development business represented and managed by Anuj Sharma, working primarily remotely from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Clear responsibility from the first discussion

Anuj Sharma manages the My Faces Production brand and is responsible for its website and business enquiries. Projects are discussed directly with the people responsible for defining and delivering the work. The business operates primarily online, from planning and development through review, deployment and any support included in the agreement. In-person meetings can be arranged for local clients when needed.

Software built around a defined business need

You can begin with a problem or an idea; you do not need to arrive with a feature list or technical specification. My Faces Production first clarifies the users, workflows and outcome the software needs to support, then defines the product parts and responsibilities before development begins.

  • Websites and web applications

Customer-facing business websites, landing pages and custom web platforms designed around the information, actions and workflows the agreed project requires.

  • Mobile applications

iOS and Android applications for customer-facing products and business workflows, with an admin panel, backend or integrations included when agreed.

  • SaaS and custom business software

User interfaces, dashboards, administration tools, APIs and workflow-specific systems for businesses that need more than disconnected spreadsheets or tools.

  • Existing products and interfaces

An existing application can be reviewed for agreed changes, or one of the My Faces Production demo interfaces can be used as a starting point for separately scoped adaptation.

Product work you can inspect

My Faces Production owns eight public product demos. They show existing interfaces and workflows rather than customer case studies or measured business results.

How remote projects are handled

Work begins by discussing the business problem, intended users and required workflows. My Faces Production then recommends an approach and defines the proposed scope, deliverables, estimate and project terms. During development, clients receive updates and can review the implemented product. The development team checks functionality, user flows, interface design and responsiveness; identified issues are corrected and checked again. Deployment, handover and post-launch work follow the responsibilities agreed for that project.

Scope is agreed before work begins

Each engagement defines what will be built, who supplies the required content and account access, what the client will receive, and how review and acceptance will work. Hosting, domains, cloud usage, paid services, app-store accounts, additional integrations, future features and ongoing maintenance are separate unless the agreement includes them. Source files, repository access, documentation, training and support are also confirmed for the specific project.

Start with the problem you need to solve

Tell My Faces Production what you want to launch, replace or improve. If you are not sure which product parts or features you need, describe the business situation and the people who will use the result. That is enough to begin a useful discussion about scope, timeline and budget.
