We recommend an approach and prepare the proposed scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables and project terms.

If you approve the proposal, the agreement is finalised and an NDA is signed before project work begins.
Scope, costs and support are agreed before work begins
A website, mobile app, administration panel, backend, hosting, integrations and ongoing support are not automatically one package. The proposal identifies the work included for your project and the responsibilities on each side.
- Hosting, cloud usage, domains and third-party service fees are separate unless the proposal includes them.
- Deployment, source-code delivery, documentation, training and app-store assistance depend on the agreement.
- Post-launch support may be included or priced separately. New features and workflow changes are estimated separately.
- Project timing depends on the agreed scope, required account access, your feedback and any external approvals.
