POS & Billing Software

POS and billing software built around your sales workflow

If billing, stock, orders and customer records are spread across spreadsheets or separate tools, My Faces Production can develop a system that brings the agreed workflows into one product. Start with the way your business operates today, whether you already know the features you need or only know what is causing problems.

What your POS and billing system can cover

The final system is defined around the users, transactions and operational information included in your agreed scope.

  • Sales, billing and invoicing

Create the agreed checkout, billing and invoicing workflows, including calculations for configured charges and the information staff need to complete a sale.

  • Orders and inventory

Organise order records and inventory views in the same system so the relevant information is available within the agreed operational workflow.

  • Customers and administration

Provide customer-management and administrative interfaces for the records, settings and day-to-day tasks included in the project.

  • Business reporting

Build reporting views around the sales and operational information captured by the scoped system.

Adapt the product to the way your business sells

POS and billing requirements differ between shops, restaurants, cafés, salons, pharmacies and other businesses. The project can start from an existing My Faces Production interface or be developed around a new set of requirements. Any customization, integrations and additional workflows are defined and estimated before work begins.

  • Tell us how sales, orders and billing are handled now.
  • Identify the people who will use or manage the system.
  • Share any existing software, reference examples or services that may need to connect.
  • If you are not sure which features, integrations or technical approach you need, describe the operational problem instead.

See relevant product interfaces

These My Faces Production-owned examples demonstrate existing interfaces and workflows. They are product demos rather than customer case studies, and they do not establish live transaction volumes or measured business improvements.

  • The SellFlow POS demo home page

    SellFlow

SellFlow is a POS and business-management interface demo covering checkout, billing and sales, inventory, customers and reporting views. It shows a possible starting interface for separately scoped customization.

  • RestaurantFlow restaurant ordering and management demo

    Restaurant software · Web

    RestaurantFlow

RestaurantFlow demonstrates menu and table ordering, order tracking, configured billing, kitchen and administration workflows, and reports. In its sample bill, switching off a 10% service charge changed the displayed total from INR 1486.49 to INR 1351.35 — one interface recalculation, not accounting accuracy or a customer result.

From your current workflow to an agreed project

  1. 01

    Describe the problem

Share your business, current billing or order process, the people involved and what needs to change. A complete feature list is not required for the first discussion.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

The proposed solution sets out the included workflows, product parts, integrations, responsibilities, expected timeline, pricing, deliverables and project terms.

  3. 03

    Build and review

The agreed functionality is developed, progress is shared and the client can review the product during development.

  4. 04

    Test, accept and deploy

The development team checks the implemented functions, user flows, interface and responsiveness. The client can inspect the agreed features and report issues before acceptance. Deployment is completed when included in the project.

How billing workflows are reviewed

RestaurantFlow provides a representative example of the review approach. The team checks its menu and table-ordering flow, order details, billing calculations for configured charges and interface behaviour across different screen sizes. Identified issues are corrected and checked again. The client can inspect the working product and agreed workflows before acceptance. Independent assessment, formal certification, penetration testing, extensive automated testing and written test reports are included only when specifically agreed.

What you receive

Deliverables depend on whether the engagement covers customization of an existing product or new development. The exact handover is confirmed before work begins.

  • The implemented software and agreed sales, billing, order, inventory, customer or reporting workflows.
  • Administrative interfaces and any APIs, databases or integrations included in the scope.
  • A deployed application and relevant setup or deployment instructions when deployment is included.
  • Source code, project files and repository access for custom development or when source delivery is part of the agreement.
  • Main-feature guidance where included; additional training, recordings and detailed technical manuals are agreed separately.

Costs, accounts and support outside the build

Hosting, cloud usage, domains and third-party API, licence, payment-provider or store fees are separate unless the agreement includes them. The client supplies the required account access, business information, branding, prices, content and legal or privacy materials. Payment-provider approval, transaction handling and compliance obligations remain subject to the provider and the client's account responsibilities. Post-launch support is project-specific: agreed defects are handled under the applicable support terms, while new features, integrations, design changes, maintenance, monitoring and backups require their own scope unless already included.

Is this the right type of project?

This service is suited to businesses that need a defined POS, billing or operational system rather than an isolated edit. It can support a new product, the customization of an existing My Faces Production interface or the replacement of a difficult manual process. Scope, delivery dates and costs depend on the required workflows, client feedback, account access and any external approvals.

Start with the problem your team needs to solve

Tell us what you sell, how billing or orders are managed today and where the current process breaks down. You can also share an existing website or product and any preferred timing or approximate budget. If you are unsure about the features, integrations or product parts, say so - the first discussion can be used to define them.
