Business Management Software

Business management software built around your workflows

When customer records, bookings, inventory, sales and daily operations are split between spreadsheets and disconnected tools, the work becomes harder to manage. My Faces Production develops custom systems that bring the agreed parts of your operation into one product. Start with the problem you want to solve - you do not need to know the features or technical structure yet.

What the software can help you manage

The system is defined around the people, information and workflows involved in your operation. The following areas can be combined or scoped separately.

  • Customers and employees

Create administrative views and workflows for managing the customer and employee information relevant to your business.

  • Sales, billing and inventory

Build the agreed sales, billing, stock-management and reporting workflows into a shared business interface.

  • Bookings and daily operations

Replace disconnected booking and operational steps with workflows that reflect how your team needs to complete and manage the work.

  • Customer, team and administration interfaces

Where the project requires them, the system can include a customer-facing website or mobile app, an administration panel and the backend APIs needed to connect the agreed product parts.

From an operational problem to a defined build

  1. 01

    Understand the current situation

The discussion begins with your business, the people using the process, the current challenges and the outcome you need. Existing software and reference examples can also be reviewed.

  2. 02

    Define the product and scope

The required workflows, product parts, integrations and responsibilities are clarified before a proposal sets out the deliverables, estimated timeline, price and project terms.

  3. 03

    Develop and review

The agreed system is implemented, with progress updates and opportunities to review the product and provide feedback during development.

  4. 04

    Test, deploy and hand over

The team checks the agreed functionality and user flows, addresses identified issues and prepares the applicable deployment and handover.

What you receive

The exact handover is recorded in the project agreement, but a custom development engagement can provide:

  • A working application containing the agreed interfaces, features and business workflows.
  • A reviewable delivery so you can inspect the implemented features and report issues under the acceptance terms.
  • Source code and project files for custom development, with repository access arranged as agreed and third-party components remaining subject to their licences.
  • A deployed application or prepared mobile build, according to the agreed service.
  • The setup, deployment, environment or main-feature instructions included in the scope.

Existing business software interfaces you can inspect

These examples are products owned by My Faces Production. They demonstrate existing interfaces and workflows, not customer implementations or measured business results.

How the work is reviewed before acceptance

The development team reviews implemented functionality, user flows, interface design and responsiveness. For RestaurantFlow, representative checks cover menu and table ordering, order details, billing calculations for configured charges and the interface at different screen sizes. Identified issues are corrected and checked again. You can inspect the implemented features and agreed workflows and report issues before acceptance.

  • Testing covers the functionality included in the agreement.
  • Independent security assessments, penetration testing, formal certification and extensive automated testing are included only when specifically agreed.

Conditions to settle before development begins

The proposal should identify the included features, integrations, product parts, delivery responsibilities, costs, timeline and handover. This prevents assumptions about what is included.

  • Hosting, cloud usage, domains and third-party service fees are separate unless the agreement includes them.
  • You provide the required account access, approved business information, branding, content and legal or privacy materials.
  • Payment-provider accounts, verification, transaction terms and approval remain subject to the provider and account owner.
  • Additional integrations, platforms, modules or substantial workflow changes require separate scoping.
  • Mobile store assistance must be included in the scope; the account owner supplies the store accounts, listing information and required disclosures, and store approval cannot be promised.
  • Post-launch bug-fix support, maintenance, monitoring, backups and new features are governed by the agreed support terms rather than included automatically.

When a custom management system is a useful fit

This service is intended for businesses, startups and entrepreneurs that need a defined product for managing real operational work.

  • Your team relies on spreadsheets, manual processes or disconnected tools.
  • You need a new system for customers, employees, sales, bookings, inventory or other agreed workflows.
  • Your existing software needs substantial modernization or changes matched to your operation.
  • You need connected customer, team and administration interfaces within one scoped project.
  • You want to discuss adapting an existing My Faces Production demo as the starting interface for separately scoped work.

Related ways to define the project

If your requirement centres on one part of the system, these service pages provide a narrower starting point.

Start with the business problem

Describe what is difficult to manage today, who uses the process and what you want the system to help them do. If you are not sure which features, product parts, integrations, timeline or budget apply, say so. Those details can be clarified during discovery.
